Beneath the Blue

This piece is an original drawing by Emma G. It is hand-drawn using prismacolour pencils and oil pastels on high quality mixed media paper. The artwork is approximately A5 in size. 

This piece was inspired by the calm beauty of the ocean, but I wanted to give the turtle a magical, dreamlike twist. The vibrant purples and warm shell tones bring a fantasy feel to this peaceful swimmer.
